From toys to technology, watches to inflatable unicorns, millions of customers come to us every year in search of the perfect product to make their season merry and bright. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be joining the team at our busiest time of the year and helping us to continue our tradition of creating fantastic experiences for millions of customers. There have been some really exciting things going on behind the scenes here. Argos now combines an online ordering and home delivery model to rival the biggest competitors with handy collection points in Sainsbury\xe2\x80\x99s stores, too.
We\xe2\x80\x99re now opening a number of new Argos Local Fulfilment Centres (LFCs) nationwide to ensure that customers receive their orders when and how they prefer. But what does this mean for you?
You\xe2\x80\x99ll probably never have been so close to your customers. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the chance to hand products directly to the customer and help your team succeed. We know great people when we find them, and will want to help you grow and achieve everything you want from your career.
What makes this different? It\xe2\x80\x99s our customer focus. We don\xe2\x80\x99t have to wait for a spreadsheet or graph to tell us how well we\xe2\x80\x99re doing, because we\xe2\x80\x99re getting feedback directly from the customers. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing You\xe2\x80\x99ll be told via headset where the orders are in the depot, pick the right ones, and deliver those quickly to waiting drivers and customers. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be putting deliveries away in the correct place.
The centre is built on teamwork, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll soon get into the rhythm of the job with friendly colleagues around to help you.
