Quinshield Ltd. based in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire with more than a 100 employees and thirty years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the design, manufacture and installation of glass reinforced plastic (GRP) composite housings. These can be delivered ready built or in kit form and offer a solution which is swift and more cost effective than traditional builds. Applications include:

• explosion relief enclosures, acoustic housings and pipe covers for the gas and electric utilities.
• Non-corrosive and chemical resistant bunded enclosures for the water utility.
• Large spanning roofs.
• Roadside cabinets for a variety of industry sectors.
• Gatehouses and offices.
• Housings with simulated exteriors designed to replicate conventional building materials and comply with the requirements of planning authorities.
• Security enclosures certified by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB).

Our market leading housings are delivered across UK, Europe and worldwide. Vacancies in the factory are broken down as follows: 1. The Role: Laminator Due to increasing demand, we are looking to increase our production teams and have opportunities for GRP Laminators on a permanent basis. Experience and understanding of GRP laminating processes is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. However, successful candidates must be enthusiastic, have a willingness to learn and the ability to follow instruction. Laminator Package: Successful candidates will be required to work 40 hours per week from 07.00 to 15.15. The working week will be from Monday to Friday with the availability of overtime at 2 hours per day and Saturday morning at 1.5 rate (Full adult minimum wage will be paid to 16 to 23 years). Benefits include 28 days holiday rising to 32 days and free onsite parking. 2. The Role: Assembler Due to increasing demand, we are looking to increase our production teams and have opportunities for Assemblers in our assembly department on a permanent basis. Use of hand tools, carpentry and experience of GRP housing assembly is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. The role will include: \xc2\xb7 Assembling of GRP walls, roof, doors, and all fittings for housing completion. Assembler Package: The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week from 07.00 to 15.15. The working week will be from Monday to Friday with the availability of overtime at 2 hours per day and Saturday mornings at 1.5 rate (full adult minimum wage will be paid to 16 to 23 years.
