Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operations Associate

**Position:** Logistics Trouble Shooter
**Shift Options:** Monday to Friday
- Morning Shift: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
**Rate:** \xc2\xa312.13 per hour
**Type:** Permanent
**Location:** Ryton

**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Logistics Trouble Shooter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and updating inventory records accurately and efficiently.
- Operating effectively under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
- Utilizing strong PC and numerical skills to manage inventory databases.
- Paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
- Applying problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when required.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Strong numerical and PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise.
- The capability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work either the morning or afternoon shift, Monday to Friday.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
