Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Manager in Kirkham.

The salary is from \xc2\xa335,000 to \xc2\xa340,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday.

Experience in a similar role is required.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Manager, your duties include:

- Reviewing and improving the systems used at the site to control the material supply chain from offloading ingredients through to out loading finished goods
- Managing the Warehouse and Goods In teams directly to ensure an efficient level of service is delivered to the site
- Supporting SAP management at the site
- Delivering to set KPIs for warehouse, stock levels and material deliveries
- Managing and communicating the site input needed for transport on and off-site
- Managing a small production team on the day shift
- Reviewing and improving the systems used at the site to control the material supply chain from ordering through to outloading finished goods

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Warehouse Manager will show:

- Great timekeeping skills
- Management experience preferably within an FMCG environment
- Detailed PC / Excel / Sap understanding
- Ability to run reports and present data
- Stock control management experience
- Detailed, technical understanding of the operation and its main cost drivers
- Detailed understanding of the main drivers of performance in terms of OEE, Waste, POW
- Detailed understanding of all food safety and health/safety & environmental compliance requirements
- Sustained leadership ability to deliver results through immediate teams
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively and professionally
