Your Role

As

Warehouse Manager

, you will be responsible for the efficient and seamless functioning of our warehouse. You will lead a dedicated team, refine operational processes, and take ownership of warehouse organization and building management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

You'll play a pivotal role in developing a motivated and efficient warehouse team. This includes training and onboarding new staff, providing ongoing support, and fostering a positive, productive working environment.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the pick-and-pack operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Maintain precise stock records, conduct regular stocktakes, and implement systems to prevent discrepancies.

Warehouse Layout Optimization:

Continuously review warehouse layouts, ensuring pick locations are strategically arranged for efficiency. Implement improvements to maximize workflow and minimize errors.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Lead initiatives to ensure the warehouse meets health and safety regulations. Conduct risk assessments, train staff on safety protocols, and proactively address any concerns.

Building Maintenance Oversight:

Take responsibility for facility management, arranging necessary repairs, maintenance, and improvements to ensure a safe and functional workspace.

Trade Show Logistics:

Prepare stock and coordinate logistics for trade shows, ensuring that all equipment and merchandise are transported efficiently. You will also be involved in attending events, networking, and representing Epic Militaria professionally.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Warehouse Leadership Experience:

Proven experience managing warehouse teams and overseeing operations.

Stock Management & Pick/Pack Expertise:

Strong understanding of inventory control, stock tracking, and efficient packing processes.

Military Knowledge (Desirable):

An interest in military history, World War II, or military gear would be advantageous, helping you connect with our products and customers.

Full UK Driving Licence:

Ability to drive company vehicles, especially for trade shows and logistical needs.
