The role:

We are currently seeking a

Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

to join our outstanding team. This is an exciting new role leading the efficient operations of our central warehouse and logistics team. You will oversee the effective handling of stock and equipment, coordinate goods-in and goods-out processes, and optimise schedules of drivers to deliver stock to our clinics across the UK, planning the stock required and the in house maintenance tasks for every site, during each visit.

What you'll need:

You will have previous experience of supervising in a warehouse and all that this entails; managing stock, processes, IT systems and a small team. You must be able to drive (including vans and flatbed trucks) and be able to carry out general maintenance tasks (painting, furniture assembly, basic plumbing etc). You will need to be highly organised and able to plan effectively, with the ability to understand, interpret and use data to identify and solve problems. It goes without saying that you'll be passionate about providing high standards and lots of enthusiasm, with a real get up and go, can do attitude.
