We are seeking a skilled Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Warehouse & Logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the warehouse efficiency, transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead the warehouse logistics team in daily operations

- Manage logistics processes to enhance business efficiency

- Monitor profit and loss statements related to logistics activities

- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for optimal results

- Proficient in forklift operation for warehouse tasks

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance

- Health & Safety for warehouse & logistics teams

Requirements

- Proven experience in supervising logistics operations

- Strong understanding of logistics principles and business processes

- Knowledge of transportation management systems and their applications

- Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory management practices

- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently

- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement in logistics processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
