Job Description
We are looking to add a keen, reliable person to our electrical repair team to sort, clean, restore or recycle donated electrical items. Also to provide labouring/maintenance support to other departments. Training will be provided for all aspects of the job, including PAT certification.
Must have experience in electricals, fluent English and good numeracy/literacy skills for the requirements of the role. Wage may be negotiated according to experience.
Looking for immediate start but happy to wait for candidate to work out notice period.
Job Summary
Sort through donated electrical items for reuse or recycling Clean & repair items fit for sale. Strip and recycle items unfit for reuse Ensure organisational standards are met, overseeing volunteers/work placements Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the warehouse ensuring self, co-workers and customers comply with Health & Safety regulations Provide manual labouring assistance to other departments as requested Provide holiday/sickness cover for retail warehouse & truck team when required

Pay: 7.55-13.21 per hour
