Warehouse Coordinator
Job Description
First People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator for our aviation client in Aberdeen.
This is a dayshift role working 0600hrs to 1800hrs however there will be a shift pattern of 6 on, 4 off, 4 on, 6 off, 4 on, 4 off to suit business needs. The already competitive salary will come with a shift uplift to reflect this.
You will be reporting to the warehouse manager, this position is responsible for all aspects of ensuring that aircraft parts are stored, picked and shipped in an accurate and timely manner. Dangerous Goods packing (air / sea / road) certificate desirable but not essential. You will have a clear understanding of ERP systems and experience of using Microsoft Office particularly excel.
Your main responsibilities will include
Understand and Follow all Inspection training and local manuals.
Receive items and check correct certification.
Receive part in local ERP system.
Perform daily Cycle Count Stock checks to maintain optimum inventory accuracy.
Completing full regulatory dangerous goods training for relevant modes of transport.
Packing of Dangerous Goods products and creation of documentation prior to shipping by Air / Sea / Road transport.
