Commercial Hot Water Solutions Ltd (CHWS) is a leading UK supplier of high-quality commercial water heating products. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse and Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied role combining hands-on warehouse responsibilities with administrative duties. You will support the Operations Team and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily operations support to the Operations Team
Coordinate UK and EU transport logistics for stock and project deliveries
Process purchase orders and invoices using Sage
Pick, pack, and prepare commercial products for shipment
Oversee warehouse organisation, stock control, and goods in/out
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Update internal databases and assist in the development of company policies
Provide general admin support to the finance team
About You:
Proven background in administration and operations support
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems
Physically fit and able to handle/heavy lift commercial cylinders and stock
Practical, team-oriented, and adaptable to varied daily tasks
