Vacancy: Warehouse and Logistics Lead
Location: Runcorn
Job Family: Logistics and Supply Chain

As the Warehouse and Logistics Lead you will ensure accurate stock control of all production materials to meet the business need and to manage goods movements between Runcorn and Swindon sites to achieve the weekly production plan.
Your goal / purpose will be to have accurate control of stock and the subsequent movements (Goods in through to Despatch) within the Planning & Logistics area material locations, (as defined by the SAP location list) in order to support Production and the company requirements on a daily basis. You will manage a small team on one production line.

Your responsibilities:

• 
  Preparation of materials in order to meet the production schedule.
• 
  Receipt of non-inventory goods & despatch of non-sale goods as required.
• 
  Cycle counting of inventory to ensure accuracy and re-order points for Production consumables.
• 
  Maintain the throughput of our refining waste streams from Production to refining collection
• 
  General waste management (WEEE & Hazardous), collation of packaging information for annual submission to group.
• 
  Adhere to site and department (forklift checks and rack inspections) EHS standards and apply a duty of care at all times.
• 
  Maintenance and adherence to department risk assessments.

Requirements for the role:

• 
  Proven experience in inventory control and warehousing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• 
  Computer literate, particularly Excel
• 
  Experience of warehouse equipment (forklifts, levellers, etc) desirable
• 
  ADR Qualification (Dangerous Goods Transport by Road)
• 
  FLT Counterbalance Licence
