Overview

The Warden plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within Town Centre . This position requires a proactive individual who can oversee operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide a secure environment. The Warden will be responsible for implementing surveillance measures, managing incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.

Duties

Monitor and supervise Ballymena Town Centre . Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks and implement loss prevention strategies. Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid when required and coordinating with emergency services as necessary. Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and any actions taken to enhance security measures. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies as needed. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance overall safety within the facility.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a security role or similar position is preferred. Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring techniques. Certification in first aid is advantageous; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held is essential. Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify potential threats or irregularities swiftly. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with staff, visitors, and law enforcement agencies. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role.
This position is vital for ensuring a safe environment within the facility while providing leadership in security operations.

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 46 per week
