Pantomime Ward is a 27 bedded Gastroenterology and General Medical Ward. The team is looking for someone who will lead with compassion and clinical expertise. You will need the ability to adopt great communication skills in order to sustain and continue to develop the ward further.As the Ward Manager you will be responsible for managing the ward, promoting a positive patient and staff experience and leading on the delivery of excellent nursing care. This role requires close working relationships with a wide range of people including the Multi-Disciplinary Team, Consultants, Heads of Nursing, Matrons and other Ward Managers.Alongside the clinical continuous professional development, the successful candidate can expect to develop both their leadership and managerial skillset. Overseeing a vibrant team and supporting their practice through a strong clinical presence.
