Compass Associates is delighted to partner with one of the leading providers of Private Mental Health and Wellbeing services in the United Kingdom. This Private Healthcare company adopts a fresh approach to deliver outstanding treatment to their service users, whether they are NHS patients or privately sponsored individuals. The organisation places the individual at the centre of all they do, ensuring the best possible care. We are now seeking a Ward Manager for their dedicated Rehabilitation service in Hemel Hempstead. The service caters to adults with enduring mental health concerns such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar and specialises in providing exceptional care for patients with neurological conditions such as Brain Injury and Alzheimer\'s, whose mental health has been impacted due to their diagnosis.
As the Ward Manager for this rehabilitation service, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team of HCA\'s and Nurses. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of Consultants, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists to meet the psychological and therapeutic needs of service users under your care. This includes individuals diagnosed with a variety of Mental Health conditions such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and Personality Disorder. The ultimate goal is to improve patients\' quality of life and independence while working closely with professionals from the local mental health and social care teams.
Requirements
\xe2\x80\x93 Valid NMC Registration and a background in RMN nursing
\xe2\x80\x93 A minimum of 3 years\' post-qualification experience
\xe2\x80\x93 A minimum of 1 year\'s leadership experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of working within a Mental Health or Elderly environment
Location
Hemel Hempstead is centrally positioned around Hertfordshire, with excellent transport links via the A41 and M1 to Watford, Luton, Reading, and Harlow.

This Ward Manager position offers a competitive salary of between \xc2\xa345,668 and includes an industry-leading benefit package:
