Overview

Compass Associates is delighted to partner with one of the United Kingdom\'s leading providers of Private Mental Health and Learning Disability services to recruit a dedicated RMN or RNLD Ward Manager for their state-of-the-art 18 bedded Low Secure Hospital in Canterbury, Kent for Adults with Milld to Moderate Learning Disabilities and Associated Mental Health Challenges. This Private Healthcare company is renowned for its innovative approach to delivering exceptional care to both NHS and private patients. Their patient-centric philosophy ensures that every individual\'s well-being is at the heart of their mission.

As the Ward Manager for this service, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team of HCA\'s and Nurses. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of Consultants, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists to meet the psychological and therapeutic needs of service users under your care. This includes individuals diagnosed with a variety of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions such as Autism, the ultimate goal is to improve patients\' quality of life.

Requirements

\xe2\x80\x93 Valid NMC Registration and a background in RMN or RNLD Nursing
\xe2\x80\x93 A minimum of 3 years\' post-qualification experience
\xe2\x80\x93 A minimum of 1 year\'s leadership experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of working within a Mental Health or Elderly environment

This Ward Manager position offers a competitive salary of between \xc2\xa341,925 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa343,563 (DOE, we can be flexible for the right candidate) and includes an industry-leading benefit package:
