Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, serving customers at the table and kitchen porter. Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent guest services and ensure their needs are met.
- Upsell drinks and food items to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Skills

- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help guests.
- Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Culinary skills or experience in food preparation is advantageous.
- Strong guest services orientation with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience working in a kitchen or bar environment is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 11.44-12.50 per hour
