We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise during service. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong understanding of guest services with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing bills effectively. Time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. A background in food preparation or culinary arts is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being proactive in assisting guests.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-15.65 per hour
