Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and hard working individual to join our busy front of house team. The candidate must be able to work well within a team and in a busy environment. This job position is for 16-30 hours and we are looking for candidates to have flexibility with shift patterns. We would require you to work weekend and evening shifts. Weekly pay and tips available.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus. Taking customers orders accurately and efficiently, including upselling specials and promotions. Serve food and drinks promptly, being attentive to customers needs and ensuring they are having a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the main bar area and beer garden, including resetting tables for bookings. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Serving customers in our Function suite and helping with their booked event.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Experience in serving alcoholic drinks and preparing hot beverages is an advantage. Training will be provided if required. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as using their own initiative.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
