Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences Handle basic maths for processing payments accurately

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction A passion for culinary arts and delivering outstanding guest services
