Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Provide recommendations on menu items and cater to dietary restrictions or preferences. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A team player who can also work independently when required. Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 11.44-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
