Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks within the restaurant. A passion for food and excellent customer service skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during preparation and service. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils. Support bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all guest requirements are met.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous. Experience in food preparation or catering is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude towards helping others and providing excellent service. Bartending experience is desirable but not mandatory.
