At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters\' business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is an excellent opportunity to embark on a role within a highly successful company, embrace a career the Human Resources function, and work as part of highly functioning HR team.

We will enroll you in an apprenticeship and you can expect the role to involve:

\xc2\xb7 Learning about Human Resources processes, procedures, roles & responsibilities, and how it operates in a modern business.

\xc2\xb7 Learning about and utilising our T&A (Time & Attendance) System and how people are paid.

\xc2\xb7 With guidance from the site HR Manager, you\'ll be provided with the opportunity to develop practical experience which will build on the academic education.

ABOUT YOU:
