Exploitation Project Worker

Barnardo\'s Tees Valley Services are looking for a part time project worker to deliver one to one support for parents around child exploitation in Middlesbrough.

Do you have experience of working with and supporting children and families that have been affected by trauma, in particular that experienced as a result of child sexual and criminal exploitation?

Tees Valley Service is based in Middlesbrough and the role entails delivering one to one exploitation support to parents/carers. The role requires experience working with vulnerable children, knowledge of trauma informed practice and knowledge around risks associated around child exploitation.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band - this ensures that pay progression steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
