We are seeking a creative, strategic, and experienced Social Media Content Coordinator to help deliver our social media strategy and shape our digital presence. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement dynamic social media strategies aligned with our mission and audience needs.
Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Create high quality, engaging, and culturally sensitive content that reflects our brand voice and values.
Actively engage with our online community by monitoring engagement, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries promptly and thoughtfully.
Lead daily social media interaction, encouraging conversations, building relationships, and strengthening our online presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign development, content calendars, and storytelling initiatives.
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to refine and adapt strategies.
Stay informed on emerging digital trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our digital presence fresh and effective.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of social issues and their impact on service users, particularly vulnerable individuals and communities.
Experience:
Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms for a brand or organisation.
Demonstrated success delivering social media campaigns, managing content schedules, and building digital communities.
Essential: Experience creating a range of content types including written posts, videos, graphics, and infographics.
Desirable: Experience with graphic design, photo editing, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Skills:
Audience-centric approach: Ability to understand and speak to diverse audiences with empathy and authenticity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting compelling and timely responses.
Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop original ideas and translate them into impactful digital content.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure success and make data-driven improvements.
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Canva, Photoshop, Zoom, and social media management tools.
Highly collaborative, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
