We are opening up some Volunteer roles to assist our current Kennel Assistants here at Noxterra Boerboels in Wickford in Essex
Volunteers will be learning new skills, broadening their knowledge and generally helping out in the daily running of our kennels. Duties to include feeding dogs, giving out basic medications, cleaning kennels, exercising dogs, bathing dogs, cleaning exercise areas and generally helping out around the kennels
Applicants must be honest, hard working, reliable and willing to learn
We are flexible as to how many days and shift volunteers would like to be here. Hours of work are 9:30am-12:30pm.
Please do not ring us chasing your application as this interferes with our client visits and booked calls all applications will be responded to.
Those experienced with giant breeds, puppies and dogs in general would be preferred. Basic training can be given on site if necessary. Handling of dogs will not be possible until we are 100% confident in abilities. Safety is the single most important thing for both staff and our dogs.
