Previously operating under Altrincham FC Community Sports - the official charity of the club - the women's team is now fully integrated into the football department, alongside the men's first team, reserves, and academy.

This is a part-time, VOLUNTARY role as of 2025/26 Season.
Role Overview - What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Lead and assist in the delivery of
warm-ups, cool-downs
, and
on-pitch physical preparation
during training sessions and matchdays.
Design and implement
individualised conditioning programmes
tailored to players' physical needs and the demands of the competitive calendar.
Enhance both individual and squad performance by developing key physical qualities:
Strength & power
Speed & agility
Aerobic capacity & mobility
Support in the planning and delivery of
player testing protocols
, using performance data to monitor progress and inform training decisions.
Educate and advise players on key performance and lifestyle factors, including:
Nutrition and hydration
Recovery techniques and strategies
Sleep, rest, and overall wellbeing
Essential Requirements:
Up-to-date Enhanced DBS
First Aid qualification
(Emergency Aid in Football or equivalent)
Safeguarding certificate
Qualified or currently studying towards
a relevant qualification in:
Strength & Conditioning
Sport Science
Personal Training (Level 3 or above)
