Job Description

We are looking for a Volunteer Minibus Drivers to support our trips to local swimming baths and other community visits, mainly from our Pensby site on Wirral, though this may sometimes by from our Wallasey site.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of driving minibuses or vehicle of similar size, and willing to undertake any necessary training.
The volunteer must have a full, clean driving licence.

To be able to deal with information in line with our data protection and confidentiality procedures

To ensure the safety of the people we support, we require a DBS check and two satisfactory references before a volunteer role is confirmed. As you will be volunteering directly with vulnerable individuals, you will also be required to undertake safeguarding training, as well as any training which is specific to the role.

About Us:

Our Special Needs Primary school caters for pupils with Complex Learning Conditions including autism. We aim to offer our pupils a wide range of experiences in the local community and would welcome the assistance of voluntary drivers to help us carry this out.
