### Key Responsibilities
Provide third-tier engineering services, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance for global enterprise and government customers.
Handle voice products (e.g., Mitel, Avaya, Cisco) and data products (e.g., Cisco, Firewall, Security).
Offer technical expertise, support, and mentoring to first and second-tier engineers.
Sign off on new and updated services installed by field engineering and consultancy teams.
Collaborate with CI Operations/Sales for pre-sales technical advice and solutions design.
Analyse and recommend modifications or fixes for customers' LAN/WAN systems.
Monitor, identify, and resolve incidents to minimize service disruption and meet SLAs.
Participate in Engineering Retainer Scheme
Participate in Change Advisory Boards to ensure accurate technical change submissions.
Update MST/GST knowledge base with technical information and incident fixes, and identify service improvements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Pass product specific exams e.g MiVoice Business, MiCollab, Mi Contact Centre to prove competency as dictated by the manufacturers to meet their support requirements.
Attain a professional level qualification e.g. Cisco CCNA and/or CCNP, CCVP, CCNP Voice, CCNP Security, CCNP Wireless or Microsoft equivalent. NB: these qualifications must be kept current.
Pass specialist exams to enable JT to attain company accreditation with manufacturers, which in turn leads to the company receiving enhanced service, support, and product discounts.
Detailed in-depth knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies with the capability to adapt as technology evolves.
Full UK/Guernsey Car Driving Licence
Must be vetted to NLEP - Level 2 and 3
Foundation ITIL is desirable
