Visual/digital Designer

London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

At Treatwell, we believe that self-care should be effortless; and we're on a mission to make booking beauty and wellness treatments as easy as ordering your morning flat white.

Now, we're building something new - an in-house design and creative studio that's here to shape the next generation of the Treatwell brand. We're looking for a Visual Designer who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help us build from the ground up. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and wants to make bold, beautiful work that stands out across 15 European markets.

You'll be joining a team that's experimenting, launching new channels, owning digital touchpoints, and rethinking what great brand and performance creative looks like in 2025. Sound like your kind of playground? Read on.

###

You will be responsible for:

Designing for impact: You'll create scroll-stopping assets for paid and organic channels, bringing our brand to life across web, social, CRM, product, and beyond. Building the brand: You'll help shape the evolving Treatwell visual identity, pushing it forward while keeping it consistent and cohesive. Thinking big (and small): From big campaign moments to micro-iterations that drive performance, you're comfortable designing across the full creative spectrum. Collaborating cross-functionally: You'll work closely with brand, content, product, and performance teams to craft work that's as strategic as it is stunning. Launching and learning: We move fast, test often, and learn as we go. You'll help bring new creative ideas to life and iterate based on performance and feedback. Designing for scale: You'll create work that translates across 15 European markets, adapting assets to resonate locally without losing our global brand feel.
###

About you:

A digital-first designer with 2+years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A strong portfolio that shows you know how to balance beauty and performance across digital channels. Proficiency in Figma (bonus points for motion skills or After Effects know-how). A passion for clean, modern, vibrant design that speaks to a beauty and wellness-savvy audience. A problem-solver who can take a brief and run with it - from concept through to final asset. Experience working on digital campaigns, paid media, email, and web - and a keen eye for what makes each touchpoint tick. Confidence in presenting your ideas and explaining your thinking - you're a collaborator, not a lone wolf. Comfortable working at pace, in the unknown, and with a mindset of experimentation and iteration. Portfolio required: whether you've designed for fast-moving brands or personal passion projects, we want to see the work that shows your thinking, creativity, and craft in action. No need for polished case studies - show us the ads, emails, landing pages, carousels, and concepts that prove you get digital, and you get results.
