We are looking for a Visitor Experience Manager to play a key role in delivering this mission ensuring a warm, welcoming, safe and inspiring visitor experience from the moment visitors arrive until the time they leave. You will effectively be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Horniman as a visitor attraction which welcomes hundreds of thousands of visits each year - including all aspects of visitor experience, access and customer satisfaction.

You will have experience of leading a large, customer-focussed team preferably in a visitor attraction and will have strong people management skills. You will have significant experience of dealing effectively with customer feedback, both in person and in writing and have a real enthusiasm for offering the highest levels of welcome, accessibility, engagement and experience to a wide range of visitors. You will be a champion for audience development as well as inspiring support for income generation. You will also be a key internal stakeholder in the delivery of our ambitious Nature + Love capital project.
You will have an empathy for and interest in the Horniman\'s mission, collections and programme alongside a passion for the transformational impact arts, culture and nature can have on people\'s lives.
