Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate at Crumlin Road Gaol, you will play a vital role in enhancing the visitor experience. Located in an iconic historical site, this position is essential for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service while exploring the rich history of the gaol.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding guest services to ensure a memorable experience for all visitors. Assist with managing visitor inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Conduct guided tours of the facility, sharing engaging stories about its history. Support hospitality operations during events and conferences held at the venue. Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and informative environment. Gather feedback from guests to continuously improve service offerings.

Requirements

Experience in guest services or hospitality roles is preferred. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A passion for history and storytelling is highly desirable.
