Village Store Supervisor - Kelling Heath Holiday Park

Seasonal contract (May - end Oct 2025), working up to 40 hours per week.

Flexibility will be required to meet operational demands including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Salary: 13.78 per hour.

Experienced in team leadership in a customer facing environment you will lead shifts in a professional manner, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are offered by the team. Key duties will consist of processing all tills at the end of the day, ensuring any till error investigations are carried out, stock management and following the correct opening and closing procedures. You will support the team, provide relevant training and ensure the Village Store operates to the highest standards at all times.

As well as team management you will have excellent communication skills with a 'can do' , pro active, attitude to work. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous along with confidence in operating till and stock systems (full training on our systems will be provided).
