Job Description
TMM is working on an exciting new part-time opportunity for a Viewing Agent for our client in the legal sector. This role will include taking viewings on behalf of the Property Sales Department, conducting property checks, along with also displaying appropriate signage for the homes on sale and for rent. The successful applicant must hold a full, clean, manual drivers\' licence.
The Viewing Agent will be responsible for:
- Taking viewings for Property Sales Department.
- Assisting with queries and communicate with the branch offices on a regular basis.
- Note feedback provided.
- Conducting checks on vacant properties such as taking meter readings and removing mail from property.
- Displaying For Sale and To Let signs as and when required.
- Undertaking mail runs between branches when needed.
- The successful applicant may also be asked to undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience in a viewing agent role would be desirable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided for the role.
- Applicants must hold a full, clean, manual drivers licence recognised in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
