Our primary focus is specialising in national PR campaign films as well as retail content for the toys and games industry. We believe everyone has something valuable to offer, and strive to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.We are looking for a mid-weight Video Editor - an experienced and creative storyteller (working in Premiere) who can make impactful films, aligned to our current output. You will be working alongside our Producers and Directors, to craft these stories, and across multiple projects. Youll be a pro with Premiere, and have solid skills in After Effects making awesome integrated graphics and high quality content from start to finish.You need to be ambitious and ready to work in a fast-paced environment and you must be an excellent team player. You will be an integral part of the core business as well as individual film teams, reporting into the Executive Producer.The day-to-day role:

  • Editing (both video and audio) using Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Crafting engaging stories for a range of platforms
  • Overall management of projects, often on tight deadlines
  • Working on your own, remotely, and as part of a team.
  • Working closely with producers & directors to ensure the smooth running of each project
  • Advising producers and creatives on production problems and the ability to spot possible challenges ahead of time
  • Keeping updated with best practices and technical specifications
  • Managing project archiving and storage
RequirementsSkills and Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years experience, and experience of working in-house at an agency / production company
  • Significant professional experience as a Video Editor in PR / Advertising or premium branded content.
  • Highly proficient in NLE editing, grading and audio mixing using Premiere Pro
  • Experience in After Effects with graphics creation and integration
  • Experience in Adobe CC
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, the ability to prioritise and drive forward multiple projects at a time
  • A strong eye for detail ensuring all work is QCd for review and of the highest standard
  • Technical understanding of digital video, formats, LUTs, pixels, bits and bytes, workflows, output, file types and all other technical elements of post workflow.
