Welcome to Highbury! Nestled in a popular and attractive area in London near Islington, and adjacent to Canonbury over ground station is our little Highbury clinic that has been a constant beating heart in the community for years.
The established practice is looking for consistency on Fridays, in this 1 day per week role.

The salary band for this 13 hourly week role inclusive of weekend rotation is
18,525 to 23,727 (57,000 to 73,000 FTE)
depending on prior experience and allowing room for growth within the role.If you wished to explore additional hours in the week, we would be more than happy.

About the role
Highbury has a strong bond with their clients, and we are looking for a vet who can continue this relationship in this GP role, performing first opinion consults and minor surgeries, with the triage of emergencies when applicable.
Highbury would be ideal for a confident vet happy with sole charge, who thrives in consult and is looking for a consistent weekly role.
The rota involves Fridays from 9am-7pm, plus a 1:4 branch Saturday and 1:8 Wanstead Hospital Sunday rotation, and up to 2 bank holiday's per year.
As well as experienced support colleagues, you will also be fully supported by a dedicated regional manager, and incredibly experienced regional head vet.
You will also have the addition of support from Wanstead Hospital, for more complex cases and OOH care for your patients.
