My client is offering a brilliant opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to be part of something new - an independent small animal practice launching in this year.
They're looking for a friendly, self-motivated vet to help us build and grow the practice from the ground up. If you're keen to have real input, enjoy clinical freedom, and want to be part of a close-knit team where your ideas matter - I'd love to hear from you!
Location: North East Coast

practice, they're free from corporate constraints - allowing for clinical freedom, flexibility, and fast decision-making.Relocating?
Aself-contained flat
is available on-site. They're happy to cover the cost for the first 3 months for the right person, with the option to continue renting the flat or find your own accommodation.What they offer:
Salary up to 70,000 (DOE)
4-day week
(40 hours) withpaid breaks
Saturday mornings only
(on a rota, withtime off in lieu)
No OOH or on-call
5 weeks holiday, plus bank holidays off
RCVS & VDS fees covered
1500 CPD budget + 4 CPD days
Visa sponsorship available
