We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer service individual to join our Client Care team at our branch in Sandhole, Kent. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in client care facing role. We are recruiting for a new team member for a permanent part-time position of 23.5h per week.

The role:




The Client Care Associate plays a pivotal part of the team on reception providing an excellent service to our clients. In this role you will work in a team to provide the very highest levels of customer service and administrative support to the branch. This will include arranging appointments, keeping accurate records, various clerical duties related to patient care, treatment, and helping to facilitate accurate communications between clients, veterinary surgeons, our nursing teams and practice manager.





As well as delivering excellent customer service, the role includes;

Passion for customer care ensuring you are empathetic and compassionate at all times to our clients. Administrative duties Good communication skills Attention to detail and prioritising tasks.

Sandhole Veterinary Centre is a supportive and community driven first opinion practice based in Snodland, Kent. With a friendly Client Care team always welcoming our clients and patients. We are proud to hold the RWAF Rabbit Friendly Vets award as well as the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic Accreditation. At Sandhole we have an experienced team of Registered Veterinary Nurses, Veterinary Surgeons and Patient Care Assistants you will be supporting as part of our Client Care team.
