Stonegate Farmers are seeking a Production Operatives to join our Transport Division, based at our HQ Production facility, in Lacock. This role assists with the efficient and effective cleaning of all vehicles and trailers to the expected standards and keep the yard and surrounding areas tidy.

Role & Responsibilities:



To effectively clean all vehicles and trailers to the expected standards and keep the yard/surrounding areas tidy. To ensure that the work rate outlined by your manager is adhered to at all times To be a multi-functional team member and support the Team Manager and my peers. To ensure that high standards are GMP are adhered to at all times and dealing with non-conformances. To ensure the company health and safety rules are adhered. Ensure all documentation is accurately produced and audit ready in line with both internal and external procedures and standards. To develop a working environment that is free from intimidation, harassment and bullying To promote a culture of dignity and respect amongst staff Maintaining a clean as you go culture, ensuring your immediate working area is kept clean and tidy at all times. To undertake any reasonable instruction or task given by an authorised person.

Person Specification:



Comfortable working outside in all weathers Co-operates and works well with others in pursuit of team goals. Absorb instructions quickly and act on them effectively Work effectively when under pressure and in pressurized / fast-paced environments Have good time management skills Be tolerant and patient with others. Good communicator

Qualifications / Experience:



Previous experience within a Vehicle Wash or Cleaning role is essential for this role. Previous experience within a Food Production environment is

advantageous

but not essential. Previous Warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.

Transport Available for this Shift from Swindon and Chippenham
