Brilliant opportunity to work as a Vehicle Technician to work for our client, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, at their pristine automotive manufacturing plant, based in Westhampnett, West Sussex.
The rate of pay is \xc2\xa316.54 to \xc2\xa317.84 per hour.
Overtime premiums are available.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2:30pm
- 3:20pm to 11:50pm
When working on the rotating shift pattern, 10% of shift premium will be applied.
Previous experience within the automotive sector is essential.

Your Time at Work
As a Vehicle Technician, your duties will include:
- You will be responsible for carrying out unique and complex processes to the correct quality standards.
- Working on high-end production vehicles
- Electrical diagnosis
- Mechanical removal and replacing of parts
- Removing and replacing/adjusting interior and external trims
- Training associates
- Problem-solving, root cause analysis etc.
- Working well within a small team
- Keeping the immediate work area clean and tidy
- Follow daily tool maintenance routines
- Meet daily volume targets and quality standards
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Vehicle Technician will have experience:
- Working on high-end Production Vehicles (essential)
- Basic electronic diagnosis and repairs (essential)
- Basic mechanical repairs (essential)
- Requires a high level of detail to ensure Rolls-Royce standards are achieved
- Confidence in working with different materials.
- High level of dexterity with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Patience and the ability to concentrate on one task for several hours at a time.
- An eye for detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience within a fast-paced environment
