Are you a talented Vectorworks Part II Architect looking to join a dynamic and openminded team in South East London? Our client specialises in residential, hospitality, and small-scale master planning projects, and they are seeking a creative and open-minded individual to join their studio who can contribute to their collaborative team culture and support their continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vectorworks Proficiency: Utilise your advanced Vectorworks skills to create detailed architectural drawings and plans.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members from diverse backgrounds to bring innovative design concepts to life.
• Design Development: Assist in the design development process, offering your creative input and helping shape the vision of each project.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring projects meet and exceed their expectations.
• Technical Expertise: Contribute to the technical aspects of projects, from feasibility studies to construction documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualifications: Part II or equivalent, or newly qualified ARB Architect
• Vectorworks Proficiency: Advanced skills in Vectorworks are essential for this position.
• Creativity: A creative and open mind to bring fresh ideas to the team\xe2\x80\x99s design concepts.
• Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with creatives with varying experiences and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
