We need people who can achieve the exceptional by working collaboratively, who can see the world the way our customers see it, ensuring that we innovate and plan to stay a step ahead.Reporting to the VCFSUK National Sales Manager, this role will work closely with the Senior Management and Sales teams of the Retailer sites in the specified region to provide in-depth strategic Sales Account Management. You will have full responsibility for the ongoing development and growth in all sales areas of the business in both New and Used car finance processes.You will forge strong relationships with the Retailer Partners in your region with the aim of achieving and exceeding performance KPIs, customer satisfaction and development-related objectives.Achieve targets for a given period by analysing the root cause of performance, setting action plans and measurable objectives to maximise sales and volume aspirationsDrive the Retailers Renewal Program for existing customers and the contract strategy for new customers through robust and effective lead management processes, ensuring performance in these areas is regularly managed to achieve agreed KPIsAnalyse the data reporting suite and Management Information to work closely with the Retailers to recognise any trends early and offer solutions, share best practise and provide regular detailed updates on performance to identify and develop quality business opportunitiesDrive retailer engagement with all VCFSUK programmes to achieve the New and Used sales volume/penetration targetsProvide coaching to the Retailers through regular finance reviews, along with training and development in collaboration with the Head of Learning & DevelopmentEnsure that Retailers are compliant when promoting finance within regulatory guidelines as determined by the FCA, and understand when to escalate any identified risks in relation to VCFSUK risk policies and/or regulatory guidelinesManage and monitor agreed quality service levels and ensure that processes comply with company procedures to restrict riskDo you fit the profile?The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills that would allow you to build key relationships, influence, and negotiate at all levels of Management. You will be able to maintain an operational focus and influence the performance of the Retailers\' finance sales operations.You will also have a clear understanding of the current finance and insurance regulatory environment, with further experience in identifying and creating sales processes and recommending process management, ideally from the motor industry.You will be self-assured and competent in managing and performing in a field-based territory, contributing actively to a high-performing team while having the strength to work for long periods on an individual basis.You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be analytical in order to interpret key statistical information to be able to build comprehensive action plans to achieve agreed sales KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.Working knowledge of the business environment and structure of a Retailer would be ideal, but not essential.You will aspire to our three core values:Excellence - You are driven to produce high-quality work, and relentlessly pursue excellence.
