Job Description
The Best Connection are working on behalf of our client based in Boldon. Known nation-wide, this company specialise in large scale parcel delivery and collection. Due to their continuing growth, they are requiring an experienced CAT B Van Driver to help them meet their demands.
This is an ongoing contract with the potential of becoming permanent for the right person.
The Role:
- Delivering parcels to various shops
- Carrying out the collection of returned parcels from shops
- This is a customer facing role, so you must be friendly and professional as you will be representing both the client and The Best Connection
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Positive attitude to customer care
- Excellent time keeping
- Attention to detail
- 10:00am start \xe2\x80\x93 this could vary depending on business needs
- 5 shifts a week, Monday - Saturday
- \xc2\xa311.30 per hour for the first 12 weeks
- \xc2\xa311.80 per hour after 12 weeks
- Ongoing assignments
- Online payslips

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
