Position; VAN DRIVER (7.5 TON)
Location; Stokenchurch
Salary; \xc2\xa330,000 per annum
Planet Recruitment have recently registered an exciting opportunity for our client based in Stokenchurch who are seeking a Van Driver (7.5 ton). The successful candidate will be flexible approach towards working hours, ideally an ADR licence and have the ability to speak to a variety of customers both face to face and in person.
Usual working hours are roughly 7am \xe2\x80\x93 3:30pm (some days may finish earlier, some days slightly later). Monday to Friday.
Main responsibilities;
- Operate MHE (Full training given) competently and safely
- Carrying out collections and deliveries to customers across the home counties
- Assist with Technical department when required
- Be aware of personal responsibilities towards and health and safely
- Co-operating with the Line manager and site Safety Representative to promote high standards of safety
- Operating machinery and plant safely
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and self-motivated with a \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude
- Ability to work in busy environments
- Minimum class C1 (up to 7.5T)
- Current driver CPC
- Current ADR an advantage
- London driving experience
- Willingness to carry out manual tasks in loading and unloading
- Flexible approach to work required and hours
