Job Description
Webbers Estate Agents are looking to recruit a property advisor/valuer. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and have a driven personality to thrive in the environment.
The role will consist of:
Dealing with general enquiries on the telephone and face to face Generating future opportunities Arranging & accompanying property viewings Negotiating offers Liaising with Vendors & Purchasers Arranging and carrying out market appraisals Building on our excellent customer relationships Providing a first-class service Comfortable using
social media and being on camera
Skills required
Previous Estate Agency experience preferred A good local working knowledge Ability to work under own initiative and highly driven environments Sound local knowledge an advantage
Thrives in a team environment
Good communication skills, listening/verbal IT skills Hardworking/reliable Excellent time-management Must be of smart appearance Attention to detail Social MediaHours: Hours will be 5 days per week (08.45 - 18:00pm) and 1 in 4 Saturdays (on a rota from 09.00 - 16:00pm).
