Are you a driven and ambitious Valuer ready looking to join a leading independent estate agency with a stellar reputation in the Tamworth market!Estate Agent Valuers Package:

• Salary: xc2xa327,500 a strong commission structure (35k OTE)
• 20 Days Holiday Bank Holidays
• On-site Parking

What You'll Be Doing as the Branches dedicated Valuer:

• Conducting accurate valuations, providing expert advice on market conditions and sales strategies Securing new instructions
• Building lasting relationships with vendors & clients
• Staying ahead of the market with expert insights
• Crafting compelling property descriptions & floorplans
• Ensuring all valuations meet legal & regulatory standards
• Work closely with sellers to list their properties effectively, ensuring maximum exposure and interest.
• Follow up on previous sales valuations undertaken in the previous days to convert leads into instructions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of valuations, ensuring consistent follow-ups and nurturing potential listings.
• Co-ordinate with sellers and our in-house marketing professional to generate professional marketing photos, floor plans, and engaging social media content to maximize property exposure.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and local market knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sellers feel confident and supported throughout the sales journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert instructions into successful sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.

What We're Looking For in our Valuer:

• Estate Agency Valuer experience of at least 3 years ideally
• Go-getter attitude - driven to win business & succeed
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Proactive, well-organised, and self-motivated
• Polished & professional presence
