Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Valuer for their busy Truro office. Joining an experienced team, you will bring your energy to this role and of course, your exceptional customer service skills. Your organisation and communication traits set you apart, whilst your positivity and enthusiasm help you build and maintain trust with your clients. You will be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this prestigious company which boasts a large network and recognisable brand.
Responsibilities for this Valuer role will include:
- Market Appraisal generation
- Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
- Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
- Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
- Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments
- Some experience within estate agency preferred
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Comfortable working with targets
- Eager to learn and develop
- Driven and ambitious to \'add value\'
- Attractive base
- Competitive commission structure
- Uncapped OTE
- Clear progression path in a strong agency brand
- Diverse business within which to grow
