We\xe2\x80\x99ll help you succeed As a director, you will be managing a portfolio and be responsible for the timely completion and quality delivery of engagements. You will support the Partners with project work, build excellent relationships, initiate, and deliver marketing and business development projects and work with the senior members of the London Valuation Team in developing the business.

  • Ensure that the firms risk management and client take-on procedures have appropriately been complied with.
  • Provide effective project management of valuation engagements to completion
  • Execute robust technical valuation analyses for a variety of purposes including for accounting, tax, commercial and forensic engagements.
  • Deliver clear, succinct and robust valuation reports that are fit for purpose and accessible to non-technical readers.
  • Manage client expectations and relationships skilfully
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone with:
  • Significant valuation experience gained ideally within professional services
  • Proficiency in a number of valuation techniques including discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options and other derivatives pricing, intangible asset valuation.
  • Adept ability to interpret financial statements in the context of valuations.
  • Proven people leadership skills and commitment to developing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand the internal and external drivers of value for a given asset.
  • Strong business writing, analytical and excel modelling skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionally qualified accountancy or other financial discipline (e.g. ACA or CFA).
