Valeting of Cars to the required Standard. Carry out Quality checks on all Vehicles. Photograph vehicles internally and externally. Documented inspection results are completed and logged against the current Job pack; summarising completion, re-work and waste impacts; inputting data into quality check sheet. Maintains safe working practices complying with all legal and environmental regulations; provides a safe working environment by following standards and procedures. Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and physical checks; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. . Ensure full QC inspections are carried out on all vehicles onsite in line with Kinghorn Bodyshop Quality systems. Approves the finished processes by confirming specifications and standards have been met; conducting visual inspections; returning products for re-work and confirming that it has met the required standard. Vehicle movements - Identifying, locating and movement of all vehicles from small Cars to Vans. To make sure the vehicle stock areas are managed and kept tidy. Inspecting all vehicles pre and post valet. Record and report any damage found on all vehicles, liaising with the Workshop Manager. Highlight and prioritise urgent vehicles going out on bookings in the next few days. Prioritising workload and schedule based on turnaround and client needs. Assist in helping others where necessary, according to the needs of the business. Attend and participate in company training courses where required. Be responsible for housekeeping and paperwork within your work area.
