Utility Connection Account Manager
to lead the delivery of utility connection projects -- ensuring they're completed on time, on budget, and with total client satisfaction.
In this client-facing role, you'll coordinate complex projects, work closely with brokers and suppliers, and be at the center of our commercial delivery strategy. If you love being where the action is and making things happen, this could be your next big move.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end delivery of utility connection projects -- from quoting to completion
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, brokers, and suppliers
Track timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure seamless project execution
Provide regular updates and expert advice to clients, building trusted relationships
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and repeatable success
What We're Looking For
Experience managing or coordinating projects (utilities, energy, or construction preferred)
Commercial mindset with a focus on client retention and business outcomes
Excellent communicator who builds confidence with stakeholders
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and thrives under pressure
Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management tools
