As User Researcher you will have the chance to deliver on some of the most exciting and innovative digital projects nationwide. The role will simultaneously challenge and inspire you, whilst allowing you to work on the most custom end-to-end digital solutions.

This Software Specialist Tech Consultancy provides award winning and bespoke Digital Transformation projects for their clients in both the public and private sector. They are renowned for their particularly hands on attitude when it comes to difficult projects across government, health care and financial services. The ideal User Researcher will have a strong track record of user experience design and have a passion for develop user centred products.

The Role as User Researcher:

This role requires you to speak to stakeholders and users in Welsh and English. You must be fluent in both languages. To succeed in this role, you need experience of delivering user research to a delivery team. You\'ll conduct research which supports the development of a user centred service. You\'ll work closely with other user centred design roles, such as Service Designer, Content Designers, and Interaction Designers, to solve complex and interesting problems for our clients.

Essential Requirements for a User Researcher:

• Used a range of research methods to design the right research approach for the project phase
• Produced the required ethics and governance documentation and materials for research activity
• Recruited a wide range of participants in line with GDPR and MRS guidelines
• Identified key themes, user needs, personas, and design feedback through analysis
• Produced clear and concise user research deliverables to meet the needs of different audiences
• Conducted research projects following the Service Standard (UK Government)
• Worked in Agile delivery teams
• Fluent Welsh speaker

• Remote Working (option for hybrid)
